2. Payments & Donations
All payments made to the Nasi Lemak Minecraft Server are considered donations to support the server’s maintenance, including hosting, backups, plugins, and domain costs. We offer a variety of payment methods, including Malaysia local payment options such as DuitNow, Touch 'n Go E-wallet, Boost Pay, and more. If you do not see your preferred payment method, please open a support ticket on our Discord server.

3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or chargebacks are permitted under any circumstances. In the event of a failed or undelivered purchase, please contact our support team for assistance. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in a permanent blacklist from our server and any affiliated services.

4. Delivery of Digital Goods
Purchased items are typically delivered automatically within minutes. However, some items may take longer due to manual processing. If you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours, please open a ticket on our Discord for support. Ensure that you enter the correct Minecraft username when making a purchase, as we are not responsible for errors made during checkout.

5. Eligibility & Parental Consent
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.

6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Minecraft account. We will not be liable for any loss of items, ranks, or perks due to hacking, bans, or other security-related issues. Sharing or reselling purchased perks is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Server Rules & Compliance
By purchasing from our store, you agree to follow all server rules. Violation of server rules may result in penalties, including loss of purchased items, suspension, or permanent bans. Purchases do not grant immunity from moderation actions.
